Payments are processed securely through a third-party external payment gateway authorized by applicable laws and licenses to store and process financial transactions. All payment card information is handled directly by the payment gateway in accordance with applicable security and data protection requirements. For clarity and user convenience, the Service applies a fixed internal pricing structure whereby each 1 EUR paid corresponds to the allocation of 10 Havens at the time of purchase. This structure is used solely to determine the quantity of Havens allocated to a user and, where applicable, to calculate refunds. Havens remain virtual units used exclusively within the Service and do not represent money, funds, or a cash equivalent, regardless of the pricing structure applied. Vouchers are intended for use only within the Service. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be withdrawn. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase or issuance, vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged. Vouchers may be subject to expiration dates, usage limits, or other restrictions disclosed to the user. From time to time, vouchers may include promotional bonuses (for example, additional Havens). Promotional bonuses are granted at our discretion and may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of issuance.
Users may use Havens to purchase digital items such as avatars and profile backgrounds. These items are digital cosmetic features provided for entertainment purposes only. After purchase, the relevant digital item will be made available in the user’s account and may be selected and applied within the profile settings. The purchase of a digital item grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that item within the Service. No ownership rights are transferred. Digital items have no cash value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency.
Users may apply for a refund of funds credited to their account within 14 days from the date of the transaction. Refunds are only available to users aged 18 or older and will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refund requests are approved exclusively in cases of technical issues or service-related errors and will not be granted for any other reasons. Be sure to include your transaction information and a clear explanation of the issue. Once the problem has been verified, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refund values are calculated based on the conversion rate of 1 Haven = €0.10 (or 10 Havens = €1).
